About Project
Relocating from the downtown core to a former school site on the Hamilton Mountain permitted construction of a modern 115,000 square foot administrative facility.
Consolidation of multiple sites and programs on one site has resulted in area reduction and operational efficiencies Hanscomb’s services for this Construction Management project include Master Plan Estimating, Applied Research, Value Management and Cost Planning and Control including change orders.
